Hello All -

New to the group ad just learning stone intarsia.

A friend told me of a company called AJS that makes a nice intarsia grinding system, however they are not online i guess.

Can anyone tell me how to contact the company to purchase one?

Thanks in advance

We’re happy to provide the contact information for AJS as Intarsia is an art form near and dear to our hearts.  The owner, Al Sesona can be reached via email, intarsiagrinder@gmail.com, by phone 904.354.7448 or via USPS, P O Box 409, St. Augustine, FL 32085.  We own one of Al’s machines and also his Intarsia Indexer attachment.  You may wish to read our article, The Intarsia Indexer, a New Kind of Lapidary Machine, in the May 2008 of LJJA in which we reviewed the machine.  We know of several others who have purchased his machines and have been quite satisfied.  We wish you success on your Intarsia adventure.

Al Sesona, owner of AJS, the manufacturer of the Intarsia Grinding Machine, contacted us after our November 2012 column went to press with his updated phone number, 904.810.0388.  [Email:  intarsiagrinder@gmail.com, P O Box 409, St. Augustine, FL 32085.]
