Hi Lauren! You've come to the right place. Here's a link to our free eBook about polymer-clay jewelry making. It has several free projects in it with detailed step-by-step instructions, with photos.

Hi Tammy!
Thank you for your helpful links, but could you tell me what type of tools I will need?
You're welcome! That's a great thing about polymer clay--the main tool you need is your hands. You can also get good use out of a little roller (like a small rolling pin), some shape cutters (like small cookie cutters) and/or molds for creating designs in clay, a clay blade (aka tissue blade, a thin, flexible blade used for cutting polymer clay canes), maybe some sandpaper--all very inexpensive pieces. The largest items used in polymer clay jewelry are a pasta machine, which some clay workers like to use to condition the clay--though it can be done by hand and with a roller--and a toaster oven and thermometer so you can bake/cure your clay creations to harden them. That's it!
